DO YOU WISH TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

If the item You ordered does not fulfil Your expectations You may return it within 14 days from the date of receiving the package or 21 days from the date of receiving the package if the purchase is registered on Your Diverse Club card. Returned product must be unchanged from their original form (must have original tags and labels, cannot have any signs of use.

RETURNS WITHIN THE TERRITORY OF POLAND

The easiest way to return the product is to return it in any DIVERSE stationary store in Poland (providing that the store has enough cash) Prepare the product You wish to return along with the invoice that You received as an attachment to the e-mail message. There is no need to print the invoice; when You return the product to the store just show the invoice on Your phone. The money will be returned to You in CASH. In case of DELAYED PAYMENTS (Twisto, PayPo) the customer also receives cash, but also needs to settle the payment for the order with the payment operator.

Due to the hygienic and epidemiological reasons, to protect our customers and employees we do not accept the returns of protective masks, in accordance to article 38 point 5 of the Act of 30 may 2014 on the consumer rights.

Products You wish to return may also be sent to our online store by following the directions below:

1.       Sign in to the online store.

If You were purchasing as a one-time customer, there is a link to the order details in an e-mail confirming the order.

2.        On the left side of the screen click ORDER HISTORY. In the order of Your choice click on the right side DETAILS the “i” icon.

3.       When viewing the order details click the GENERATE A RETURN FORM button placed below the order details.

4.       Choose the most convenient form of return out of the four available in our store and click the GENERATE A RETURN FORM button on the right side of the chosen option.

5.       Choose the products You wish to return from the order and follow the instructions on screen.

Free returns are valid only within the territory of Poland. There is only one free return per order.

Within 14 days after receiving the package we will refund the payment for the product/s the way they were paid for (to a bank account or a payment card) or at the express request, directly to the account provided in the form.

You may exchange or return products in any Diverse stationary store in Poland – in that case, the payment for products is refunded in CASH (providing the store has the necessary amount of cash) – in case of DELAYED PAYMENTS (Twisto, PayPo) the customer also receives cash, but also needs to settle the payment for the order with the payment operator.

The exchange of products via the online store means returning the products in accordance with the return procedure and re-placing a new order.

The exchange of products via the stationary store means returning the products in accordance with the return procedure and re-punching the product on the receipt in a stationary store – from this moment forward the return policies in accordance with the stationary stores rules apply.

The return of the products should be made at the expense of the buyer to the address of the headquarters with an inscription “RETURN OF PRODUCTS FROM THE ONLINE STORE”:
