Returns, exchanges and complaints
Returns can be made at any Diverse stationary store throughout Poland or via the online store. For a given order, we offer one free return within Poland: www.diversesystem.com/pl/sklep/instrukcja-zwrotow-towaru-e-sklep
The time to return a product purchased in the online store is 14 days.
If you are a Diverse Club member, the time to return your order is extended to 21 days.
We will refund the amount due for the product(s) in the same way in which the order was paid. In the case of payment on delivery, the refund is made to the bank account provided in the return form.
The refund for the order will be made within a maximum of 14 days after we receive the return shipment.
Yes, products purchased in the online store can also be returned in the stationary store upon presentation of the invoice.
Payment for an order returned in a stationary store will be refunded immediately in the form of a credit to your payment card or in cash.
We recommend that you make a return via the online store and we will settle the payment with the operator. In the case of a return in a stationary store, the buyer receives a refund and is obliged to make the payment themselves.
The easiest way to exchange is in any stationary store, provided that the store has a given product. Exchange via the online store involves returning the product and placing a new order.
