If the ordered product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days from the date of receiving the parcel, or within 21 days if the purchase was registered with a Diverse Club card. The returned item must have its original tags and must not show any signs of use.
In-store return
• You can return the product at any Diverse store in Poland.
• Along with the product, prepare the invoice you received as an email attachment. You do not need to print it – showing it in electronic form is sufficient.
• The refund for the returned product will be processed immediately as a credit to your payment card, a gift card, or in cash.
• In the case of deferred payments, the customer also receives a refund but remains responsible for settling the payment with the provider.
Online return
• Free returns are available only within Poland.
• Only one free return is allowed per order.
• The refund for the product will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned package.
• The refund will be issued via bank transfer or credited back to the payment card used for the purchase, or to the bank account provided in the return form.

In-store exchange
An exchange in-store involves returning the product according to the return procedure and purchasing a new product in-store. From that moment, the store’s return policies apply.
Online exchange
An exchange via the online store involves returning the product according to the return procedure and placing a new order.
