- When picking up an order at a Diverse store, you must provide the code received via email or SMS. The package will be available for pickup at the store for 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, it will be returned to the central warehouse.
- Due to the possibility of shipping the order from external warehouses, even in multiple packages, the cash on delivery option and in-store pickup may be unavailable. These methods are only available for orders consisting of products shipped from the online store's warehouse.
- Shipping within the EU is carried out via GLS courier. The delivery cost depends on the weight of the package and the destination and is calculated automatically during checkout. For shipping to a non-EU country, please contact us via email.
